Unable to connect to the internet at home or at work? You can do so free of charge in a public online centre.
In a public online centre (Espace Public Numérique (EPN)), you can use a computer connected to the internet free of charge. There is often also a coach who can help you. Find a public online centre in your neighbourhood.
